Professional Membership BodyOxford/Hybrid Working - The successful candidates are expected be at the Oxford Office at least once per week.Basic Salary £34,010 with excellent benefits including 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, 35 hours working week, comprising 7 hours per day plus one hour unpaid lunch break, Pension Scheme, Private healthcare scheme, Death in service cover of 3.5 times your annual pensionable salary, Income protection and Agile and Hybrid workingFixed Term Contract ASAP- December 2025.My client a reputable and established international professional membership body is currently searching for an Assessment Delivery Executive The Role of Assessment Delivery ExecutiveReporting into an Assessment Delivery Manager, the Assessment Delivery Executive plays a key role in delivering the assessment processes within specified time limits. The post holder will ensure the learners of the Institute experience a fair and consistent assessment service whilst maintaining the integrity of the qualifications offered. Working with the examiners and institute colleagues the post holder will support several assessments within the remit of the team. This includes the preparation of the assessment, and supporting materials through to checking, and reporting of the assessment results to support the Board meetings and subsequent release of these to the institute learners and ensuring accurately reflected in the institute database. Duties:To support the set-up and configuration of the internal database, exam platform and marking platform, ensuring all data is accurate and validated.To support the Senior Executive – Assessment Delivery in the authoring of the exam questions onto the exam platform, ensuring that the process is carried out within the required timeframes and to the set standards. Liaise with colleagues involved in this process and raise awareness if deadlines are not going to be met. To support the Senior Executive – Assessment Delivery in administering the access arrangement cases as defined by the Equality Act 2010. To ensure that accurate information is collated and entered onto the database which informs the assessment sittings and ensures the candidate is provided with the agreed support whilst ensuring that they are not placed at any advantage over other candidates. To support the Senior Executive - Assessment Delivery in the delivery of the assessments to candidates, ensuring that the process is carried out within the required timescales and to the set standards. Liaise with any external providers or personnel involved in this process and raise awareness if deadlines are not going to be met. To support the collation of exam marking to ensure that examiners can produce the results information within set deadlines. To collate live marking outcomes, monitor where marking anomalies appear and feed back to the examiners to ensure accuracy of results and flag where deadlines are not being met. To collate the documentation required for Mitigating Circumstances, liaising with candidates making applications, review for completeness and prepare the pack for the panel meeting within agreed deadlines. To collate the reports required from the Chief Examiners (or nominee) during or following the assessment sitting To support the delivery of the processes that ensure that candidates receive results, transcripts, and other information within the agreed timescales. To work within the Assessment systems, processes, and procedures, proposing improvement recommendations where necessary. To participate in system development, and associated testing protocols, to support operational readiness of all platforms that enable exam delivery.Knowledge and ExperienceEssentialExcellent customer care skills including sensitivity to the needs of the customer.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a flexible, proactive way, supporting colleagues across the team, as necessary.Discreet and diplomatic in the handling of confidential and sensitive information.Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure at times.Ability to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and to deal effectively with large volumes of data. A high standard of organisational skills including the ability to work effectively to achieve tight deadlines.Effective communication skills.DesirableExperience within a professional body or higher education provider.Evidence of commitment to professional development.
