Role DescriptionThis is a flexible, remote, self-employed sales position (Commission only) with Davina FarrerAs a Home-Based Sales Consultant, your Key Responsibilities will be to:Generate and manage your own sales leads, connecting with potential customers to help them save on their everyday bills.Present a clear, proven solution through online meetings and calls.Deliver excellent customer service while building strong, trust-based relationships.Develop and mentor your own team as you progress, creating a long-term residual / recurring income stream• Follow a successful, structured system with ongoing mentoring and development.What We OfferFlexible, remote working – set your own hours.Commission-based earnings – up to £300 per new customer, plus bonuses and residual (recurring) income.Comprehensive training, mentoring, and leadership coaching.RequirementsStrong communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in managing your own schedule.Proven sales experience - helpful but not essentialBeing Coachable  - with a growth mindset UK-residents only - with the right to work on a self employed basis in the UKThis is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven individuals seeking to design their own income and work flexibly from home.
