Sub Agent

We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering major civils schemes in Plymouth. They’re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support the site team on a long-term freelance basis.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily site operations and supervise engineers and subcontractorsEnsure work is delivered to program, safety, and quality standardsMaintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reportsWork closely with the Agent and Project Manager to deliver key packagesCoordinate with client representatives and internal teamsRequirements:Demonstrable experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Section EngineerKnowledge of groundworks or General civils SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationStrong communication and leadership skillsHNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineThis is a great freelance opportunity for a Senior Section Engineer or Sub Agent looking for a stable, long-term contract in the Plymouth area.Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
