Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a dynamic in-house legal team within the financial services sector. This is a short-term role commencing at the end of August, supporting a busy financial services in-house legal team. It’s ideal for lawyers seeking impactful, BAU commercial work in a collaborative environment.Assignment: Initially the role will be for 2 months.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including technology and supplier contracts.Providing practical legal advice on day-to-day commercial legal matters within a consumer finance setting.Supporting the wider legal team on operational matters related to credit card and retail banking products.Engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure contracts are aligned with regulatory and commercial priorities.Required Experience:Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contracts.Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to legal risk.Ability to integrate into a team quickly and deliver effective legal support with minimal supervision.Additional Information:Start Date: End of AugustDuration: 2 months (initial)Apply now: This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a consumer-focused financial institution at a critical point in its project lifecycle.
