As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance custom solutions, ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.This is a hands-on development role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and collaborate closely with consultants, admins, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and FlowsDevelop integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Translate technical requirements into scalable, maintainable codeOptimise performance of existing customisations and configurationsSupport testing, debugging, and deployment activities across environmentsCollaborate with consultants and admins to deliver high-quality solutionsContribute to technical documentation and ensure code quality standards are metRequired Experience/Skills:Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer on enterprise-scale projectsStrong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and FlowsExperience with integrations and API development (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code under tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team setupSalesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferredThis is a fully remote contract opportunity, ideal for an experienced developer looking to deliver tangible impact in a fast-paced programme.
