Your new companyLarge well-established organisation in DevonYour new roleHR Consultant - Restructure programme / ER Specialist/ HRBP consultation experience.Up to £48k + benefits, 12 months FTC, hybrid, ExeterDIRECT UK EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL- You will be supporting a large restructuring and redundancy project. This includes mapping the process and working closely with HR Business Partners. Planning, tracking and reporting on progress, preparing and navigating challenges, providing guidance, co-ordinating and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the journey. This will also include updating spreadsheets, providing and communicating reports.What you'll need to succeedThe 12-month FTC will suit someone who is experienced in restructuring and redundancy projects.This role will suit a HR professional with relatively recent experience in restructuring programmes, redandancies, consultation experience....You'll need to be an experienced HR professional - super-organised and a great communicator, with a proactive approach, used to change projects/change environments and an effective and emphatic approach.What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary plus a wide range of excellent benefits on offer, including family-friendly options.
