Ready to help shape the future of eCommerce across the UK, Benelux and Nordic regions? At Patchworks, we’re looking for a driven Partner Recruitment Manager to grow our partner network and drive growth across these key markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing strategic partnerships with top digital agencies and systems integrators (SIs).This is a UK-based role, but your impact will reach far beyond, building and managing partnerships both locally and across the Benelux and Nordic regions. Fluency in a Benelux or Nordic language is a plus, helping you strengthen relationships and unlock new revenue opportunities.Who we are:We are a leading iPaaS provider, dedicated to simplifying integration for the fast-growing retail industry. Having successfully supported over 400 brands, we take pride in our cutting-edge solutions that fuel business success.What you’ll do:Identify and recruit new agency and SI partners across the UK, Benelux and Nordic markets that align with Patchworks’ commercial and technical objectives.Build strong, credible relationships from first contact, helping partners clearly understand the value of working with Patchworks.Own the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, qualification, onboarding, and early-stage enablement.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth handover and long-term partner success.Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to shape recruitment strategy and prioritise high-value regional partner targets.Stay close to the market by tracking new entrants, regional trends, and opportunities within the agency/SI ecosystem.Represent Patchworks at industry events, trade shows, and meetups in your region to increase visibility and attract interest.What you’ll Need:Native or fluent in at least one Benelux or Nordic language (Dutch, Flemish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is desirable.Proven experience building partnerships with agencies/SIs within the SaaS industry.Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem: agencies, SIs, platforms, and software providers.Background in selling SaaS cloud solutions, with insight into eCommerce and retail decision-making dynamics.A strong track record in driving revenue, forecasting accurately, and achieving/exceeding targets.Experience managing multiple agency and SI relationships, ideally with an established regional network in the martech or commerce space.Skilled at generating leads through partnerships and enabling sales teams for joint success.Degree-level education is desirable.Willingness to travel within the Benelux/Nordics and to London/the Midlands when needed.Previous experience onboarding partners into a formal partner programme preferred.Knowledge of integration, middleware, or commerce platforms is a plus.What you’ll get in return:A competitive salary & career progression at a leading eCommerce iPaaS company.The very latest Apple tech and everything you'll need to get going.An inclusive, supportive, "no questions are silly" working environment.Remote working with the option to work in any of our offices.25 days holiday for a healthy work-life balance.A pension scheme.Access to a wide range of perks and discounts on Perkbox.A range of health benefits and mental health coverage.If you’re passionate about partnerships, eCommerce innovation, and making a real impact in a fast-growing tech business, we’d love to hear from you.At Patchworks, we are committed to equal opportunities and diversity in hiring.
