An elite US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with a minimum of four years’ experience to join its Energy, Infrastructure and Projects practice in London. This is a standout opportunity to take a leading role in a high-growth area, working at the forefront of the energy sector.The team advise on complex, high value and often first-of-their-kind energy and infrastructure projects globally. This includes concession, construction, operation, financing, supply and offtake arrangements across the full range of energy infrastructure and natural resources asset classes. Clients include private equity and investment funds, governments and development finance institutions, project developers as well as banks, institutional investors, and monoline insurers.
