Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure there is a strong diverse talent pipeline. You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs.What Will You Be Doing?Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and establish recruitment strategiesProvide workforce solutions as required by our clients. These can include liaising with, and supplier management of, third-party providers regarding contingent or permanent workforce, direct sourcing, selection and candidate management, or potentially a blend of allFacilitate or oversee the selection process, negotiate offers, and secure acceptance of offers, whether conducted by Talent Solutions or through a supplierEnsure that there is a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with our central recruitment function where requiredTrack and analyse recruitment metrics (internal and/or suppliers) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvementEnsure consideration for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentManage and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersAny other duties that may be required from time to timeExperience Required:Experience working in a recruitment role, preferably within blue-collar, industrial, engineering, or defence sectorsProven ability to manage contingent labour or high-volume contractor recruitmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site, operational environmentExperience dealing with third-party recruitment suppliers or agencies, including rate negotiation and performance managementStrong stakeholder engagement experience, including with hiring managers and operational leadsExperience using recruitment systems or HRIS platforms to onboard, track, and manage worker dataFamiliarity with compliance-heavy or safety-critical environments, with an understanding of PPE, onboarding requirements, and mandatory trainingConfident in face-to-face relationship building, including the ability to proactively approach stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills; must be inquisitive and solution-orientedUnderstanding of workforce planning and placement trackingAbility to challenge processes constructively and seek clarification to improve accuracy and efficiencyWhy us?
