Job Title:Brand Manager, EMEA-ANZJob Family Group:MarketingJob Family:Brand MarketingReporting Line:Brand Marketing DirectorFully remote, 9-12 month contract - Maternity Cover with potential to extend£50-£50K p/aJob Overview Our client, a global corporation is looking for Brand Manager to be responsible for contributing to the growth of the brand and the products it sells, across a range of portfolios spanning the entire EMEA-ANZ region. This position leads the planning and delivery of marketing and end-user communications for our exciting and innovative product roadmap; including regional messaging, go-to-market mapping, creative adaptation (in some cases) and overarching campaign management.In this role, you will ensure full integration and alignment of marketing plans to maximise the effectiveness of brand positioning, content and creative execution across product categories, adapting to regional nuances where necessary. You will be leading the EMEA-ANZ marketing efforts and working closely with the Product Commercialisation and Local Marketing teams to ensure integration across local and retail channel executions.The Brand Manager will also be required to assume additional responsibility for other projects, as assigned by the Brand Director.What You’ll Do· Act as the Brand Ambassador for the brand in the EMEA-ANZ region· Establish quarterly brand Trade Marketing and promotional plans· Build comprehensive go-to-market content packages to support all product launches, ensuring plans are integrated across product, sales and e-commerce platforms· Develop holistic campaigns to promote demand generation from a wide spectrum of end users· Ensure content across owned and partner properties, online and offline, meet best-in-class content standards and is aligned with brand guidelinesSupport the sales team with materials and programs to assist both retailer sell-in and direct sales to end consumersFacilitate project management by leading and directing marketing partners (i.e. advertising agencies, marketing vendors, suppliers)Ensure integration with other organisational initiatives and business goals through collaborative development, alignment in execution and proactive communication with marketing team members and internal stakeholdersDevelop deep consumer understanding, including engagement with research projects and report-outs; leverage consumer insights to maximise engagement, conversion and advocacyCoordinate research projects, product and application photography, videoshoots and web content development from start to finish Accountability:· Plan And Createo Create, develop and shape the brand's marketing developmento Plan digital marketing activities and supervise the creation, rollout and ongoing maintenance of brand websiteso Act as the point of contact for region-specific marketing communicationo Drive and ensure the seamless maintenance of the PIM and DAM systems, with the support of other team members· Develop And Deliver o Partner with all related functions – work in close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing and forge alignment within the Commercial / Channel Marketing teams· Be A Part Of An Execution-Oriented And Winning Culture Within The Teamo Ability to take a topline vision and translate it into detailed and timebound execution planso Develop in-depth understanding of competitor tactics in the key customer markets.
