We can highly recommend this firm to work for as we have recruited for them for many years.Key responsibilities will include:Register new prospective tenants and book appointmentsTo conduct viewings of current and proposed properties including direct interaction with tenants and landlordsConducting property rental valuationsConducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting business, which briefly include tenant referencing, production of draft tenancy agreements, checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperworkTake calls about and organise repairs and maintenanceTenancy renewalsGeneral property managementUsing IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity with the officeThe ideal candidate:Well-presented and excellent communication and written skillsMinimum of 3years lettings and property management experienceOrganised with a good attention to detailExcellent knowledge of the current lettings and property management legislationHonest and trustworthyDedicated to delivering first class customer serviceWillingness to go the extra mileBe a friendly and approachable team memberMonday to Friday 5.15pm finish and some Saturdays on rota.
