Registered Manager Autism & Learning DisabilitiesMaking sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Burrow Down Support ServicesSalary: 46,00048,000 per annumLocation: Covering Brixham, Paignton & TorquayEssential - UK driving licencePlease note we require a UK RTW for the position.Burrow Down Support Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Managerto lead our supported living services across Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred support for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, compliance and performance of multiple services. You will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, responsive and well-led support in line with CQC regulations and best practice standards.You will:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across several locationsEnsure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain strong inspection outcomesOversee safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance processesManage budgets and resources effectivelySupport recruitment, development and retention of staffBuild positive relationships with families, professionals and local authoritiesPromote a culture of person-centred, outcome-focused supportEssential RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within an autism and/or learning disabilities settingNVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Proven experience working within CQC regulatory frameworksStrong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS and person-centred planningExperience managing multiple services or complex care environmentsExcellent leadership, xjdpvnf communication and organisational skillsWhat Were Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Passionate about improving the lives of people with autism and learning disabilitiesConfident in leading services through inspection and quality improvementProactive, resilient and solutions-focusedCommitted to embedding a positive, inclusive and empowering cultureWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (46,00048,000 per annum)Opportunity to shape and develop high-quality servicesSupportive senior leadership teamOngoing professional development
