We partner with technology vendors including HP, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft and VMWare to deliver market leading technology solutions which enable organisations to increase their business efficiency, improve customer service and reduce business costs.The Role:The Sales Support Specialist is a key part of the Modern Networks Science Park sales team, supporting our Client Relationship Managers (CRM) and Account Managers (AM) in delivering a high quality, responsive sales experience to Science Park tenants. This is an ideal opportunity for an energetic, proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is highly customer focused, and is motivated to grow and develop within a sales environment. The role plays a critical part in ensuring quotes are accurate, followed up effectively, and managed correctly within the sales pipeline, while also helping tenants understand the wider portfolio of services offered by Modern Networks. What we are looking for:Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or sales administration role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales pipelines (or keen to learn). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
