Job DescriptionTerritory Sales Manager Southwest of England Established over 50 years ago, our clients is a leading provider of both optical and audio technology solutions to a variety of industries on a global scale. With a revenue of 9BN and continuous growth worldwide, they are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to build & develop relationships across both prospective and existing accounts.Our client adopts an extremely positive environment for their employees, where unique perspectives and individuality is celebrated; innovation and a curiosity to learn is actively encouraged, supported by endless learning opportunities and the freedom to establish your own career path.This is a hybrid role, comprising of both home-based working and conducting face-to-face meetings with clients across the Southwest of England.ResponsibilitiesIdentify & prospect new business opportunities across the designated territoryBuild & maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, conducting regular face-to-face meetings in-personConfidently present product offering, explaining all key benefitsCreate & execute a strong sales plan for designated territoryMaintain strong product knowledge & understandingProvide effective product training to customersMaintain understanding of competitor activity and industry trendsCollaborate with internal teams to improve overall service & product offeringMaintain accurate sales reporting, presenting to leadership teams when necessaryThe Successful Candidate2+ years field sales experience is essentialA background in selling audiology equipment or previous experience as an audiologist is a plusWider sales experience across the MedTech space would also be consideredField sales experience is essentialFull UK driving license requiredBased in the Southwest of EnglandTerritory Sales Manager PackageBasic salary: 50,000OTE: 20,000Share schemeCompany carPrivate healthcarePrivate dental coverPension options25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
