Join us, and let’s shape the future together. * We are in a period of exclusive direct sourcing for this role and are not currently accepting applications from recruitment agencies. ________________________________________ The role in 60 seconds Role:Trade Mark Paralegal Team:Intellectual Property (Commercial) Location:Hybrid working from Bristol or Exeter Working Pattern:Full-time/Part-time/Flexible Why this role matters:This is a progressive opportunity to develop your career in Intellectual Property whilst building strong relationships with our international client base. ________________________________________ What you’ll do In this role, you’ll: Join a highly successful team at an exciting time, through an incredible period of growth Assist in the administration of our Trade Mark database Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches Support fee earners on litigation matters Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands Offer further support to our fee earners and team on other complex matters ________________________________________ What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings: Some paralegal experience along with the experience or specific desire to work in an IP/Trade Mark team.
