HR Consultant - Restructure programme

OverviewYour new company: Large well-established organisation in Devon Your new roleHR Consultant - Restructure programme / ER Specialist/ HRBP consultation experience. Up to £48k + benefits, 12 months FTC, hybrid, Exeter. DIRECT UK EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL. You will be supporting a large restructuring and redundancy project. This includes mapping the process and working closely with HR Business Partners. Planning, tracking and reporting on progress, preparing and navigating challenges, providing guidance, co-ordinating and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the journey. This will also include updating spreadsheets, providing and communicating reports.
