Job Description Project Manager Property Management (M&E, Decommissioning & Specialist Relocation)Contract via our client | Immediate start preferredOur client is looking for a highcalibre Project Manager (L2) to lead a series of specialist property projects, including M&E works, technical decommissioning and a nationally significant archive relocation.This role is not for someone looking to step up or learn on the job. Youll need to hit the ground running, manage complex stakeholders, and confidently deliver mediumcomplexity projects from day one.The RoleYoull be responsible for delivering key programmes such as:Major archive relocation involving controlled environmental handlingDecommissioning of IT Hall systems and repurposing of technical spacesProperty infrastructure, refurbishment and change projectsTravel to the clients Exeter site will be required.What Youll Be DoingOwning endtoend project delivery (time, cost, quality)Coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teamsManaging risks, issues and dependencies with confidenceTracking budgets and ensuring financial controlEngaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and authorityMaintaining robust project plans, controls and governance reportingEssential Criteria (Please read before applying)Only apply if you meet ALL of the following:Prince2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent proven project delivery experiencePractical working knowledge of CDM RegulationsHistory of delivering mediumcomplexity projects (not assistant/ support roles)Experience in M&E, decommissioning, infrastructure or property change projectsAbility to manage multiple workstreams with shifting prioritiesStrong stakeholder management including challenging conversationsExcellent communication and structured reporting skillsIf this isnt your background, this role wont be the right fit.Why This Will Suit YouYoull enjoy this role if you like variety, autonomy, and visible impact and youre confident taking ownership.
