Financial Director

Location:Exeter, office based with some flexibilityReporting to:Regional Managing DirectorOverview This is a senior Finance Director appointment for a large national business, leading the finance function in the Exeter region. You will manage a team of 15 and act as the right hand to the Regional MD, playing a key role in both the day to day performance and the long term strategic direction of the business.This is a commercially focused role where finance is expected to drive decision making, improve performance and support growth across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and mentor a finance team of 15, ensuring strong structure, accountability and progressionPartner closely with the Regional MD, providing clear financial insight and challenge where neededTake ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning The Role This is a visible leadership position within the region.
