With a people-first culture, they’ve become a go-to name in the industry- offering the perfect platform for ambitious planners who want to grow, lead, and make real impact.What you’ll be doing:Leading from the front - building new client relationships through proactive business developmentPartnering with Investment Managers to deliver a seamless client experiencePlaying a key role in commercial strategy and business growthDelivering high-quality, holistic financial advice to HNW clientsSupporting and mentoring within the wider teamWhat we’re looking for:Proven success in fee-based financial planningStrong business development track recordLevel 4 qualified (Level 6 preferred)Clear communicator with first-class relationship management skillsExperience with vulnerable, matrimonial or PI clients?
