Jobs may include taking the project lead or working as part of a larger design team.They are proud to offer a good work life balance with a 37 hour working week and are highly supportive of professional development.Responsibilities The preparation of outline design schemesVisiting site during the construction phase to monitor progress.Detailed calculationsPromote the use of renewable technologies.Using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) and BIM (Revit) software and other resources to design the systems required for each project.Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teamsQualifications/AttributesMEng / BEng / HND /HNC in Electrical Engineering or Building ServicesA minimum of 3 years electrical design experience in building services.Experience of Revit would be advantageous but not essential.High quality oral and written communications (reports, instructions etc)Driving licence and car
