Job Description My client, a respected and established Wealth Manager, currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly Exeter team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide endtoend administrative support to one or two Financial PlannersPrepare premeeting packs, engagement letters and client documentationMaintain accurate client records and workflows using Intelligent Office (IO)Process new business, fund switches, cash management and platform transactionsMonitor pipelines and proactively update planners on case progressSupport Annual Reviews in collaboration with Financial Planners and review teamsLiaise with product providers, platforms, paraplanners and third partiesConduct foureye checks and support quality control processesComplete AML checks, including client ID recording and electronic verificationGenerate client valuations and assist with invoicingSupport trust administration and death claims where requiredAct as a subjectmatter expert in specific areas (e.g. trusts, DB pension transfers)Assist in mentoring and training trainee / apprentice FP administratorsHandle client and provider phone queries professionallyCandidate ProfileIdeally 4 years experience in a Financial Planning support or administration roleGood all round knowledge of pension and investment productsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsClientfocused, professional and collaborative approachAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a regulated environmentIn return my client offers a generous remuneration package, hybrid working (1 - 2 days from home), a friendly working environment and excellent benefits package.
