REF 070 DEPUTY SUPPORT MANAGER EVESHAM AREA LEADING SUPPORTED LIVING CHARITY Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability. This provider has an opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience in the care or support sector to join them as a Deputy Support Manager for their service in the Evesham area. The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will: Mentor an existing and established staff team. Provide direct support to individuals with a Learning Disability. Rota management. Audits. Supervisions and appraisals. Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence. The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will need: Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability. Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards. Experience of supervising care/support staff. Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care regulations.
