Job Description Account Executive Commercial Insurance (sales)Are you an insurance professional with strong experience in commercial combined broking or underwriting?Do you want to join a growing commercial insurance broker based in Essex?We are currently recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of a specialist commercial insurance broker, offering a genuinely exciting and rewarding opportunity within a high-performing team.What you will do:Proactively develop your client base through networking, referrals, and lead generationMaintain and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and high retentionCollaborate with the broking team on new business and renewals, managing competitive, compliant insurance solutionsCoordinate internally across broking, claims, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experienceKeep up to date with market trends, products, and insurer appetite, supporting targeted campaignsWe are looking for professionals with experience in commercial insurance (broking or underwriting) to join this team.These positions are offering a competitive salary, uncapped commission, team-driven bonus, and benefits package. The client operates a family-friendly working policy.
