Job Description Property Manager National Portfolio (Hybrid UK)Reporting to: Commercial DirectorLocation: Hybrid, UK-wide travel requiredWere looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a national portfolio of supported living properties and office locations across the UK.This is a varied, hands-on role combining property management, compliance oversight, landlord engagement and portfolio support. Youll play a key part in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, while also helping us identify and secure suitable new properties as we grow.What youll be doingYoull manage the day-to-day performance of our property portfolio, ensuring maintenance, compliance and contractor performance are delivered to a high standard. Alongside this, youll work closely with operational and finance teams to oversee tenancy arrangements, rent processes and housing-related requirements.Youll also:Build relationships with landlords, housing associations and local authoritiesSupport sourcing and negotiation of new properties and leasesOversee property compliance, audits and contractor frameworksManage facilities across office sites and supported living servicesMonitor property costs, reporting and performance metricsThis role involves regular travel across the UK to inspect sites, meet partners and support the wider property strategy.What were looking forWere keen to speak with candidates who have:Experience managing multi-site property or housing portfoliosStrong knowledge of UK housing, compliance and safety requirementsExperience working with landlords, contractors and external partnersConfidence managing both operational property delivery and portfolio planningA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationallyExperience within supported living, social housing or care environments would be particularly valuable.Why join usYoull be joining a growing organisation where property plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality services.
