Job Description Legal Counsel - CommercialLeading Film & TV Production Services ProviderBerkshire/East London bases3+ PQE, very open.Open to part-time for senior candidatesWe are working with a fantastic global company which delivers critical infrastructure underpinning major productions worldwide (did someone say James Bond!?), including lighting and rigging equipment, studio facilities, props, and comprehensive production services across Europe and beyond, supporting top-tier clients like Apple, Netflix, Amazon, ITV, and BBC. Join their small, lean UK legal team (reporting to Head of Legal EMEA) for broad commercial work in a creative, fast-paced sector. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including upskilling on industry-specific matters such as studio facilities licences, equipment rental terms, vendor agreements, and bespoke commercial contracts for high-value projects. Support on real estate/property licences and occupational leases tied to extensive studio operations. Advise stakeholders across finance, sales, HR, and operations; review/update standard agreements; handle due diligence on partners and targets. Additional exposure to corporate, employment, and litigationGain management experience by mentoring the Junior CounselCandidate ProfileQualified solicitor, 3-6 PQE with a commercial skill set, with either a background or interest in the Media/Film & Television industry. Options to work from their Berkshire or East London office/studios.
