You’ll manage a mix of retail and marketing builds from concept to onsite installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.You’ll work across departments, liaising with clients, workshop teams, and suppliers, while managing schedules, logistics, and install calendars. This hands-on role involves streamlining processes, mentoring junior staff, and helping shape internal operations alongside senior leadership.What you’ll bring:5+ years’ project management experience in creative production or agency settingsStrong technical knowledge of joinery, build processes, and on-site deliveryExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsAble to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlinesWillingness to travel and oversee installations as neededGerman speaking is a plus!
