Job Description Site Manager/Supervisor Interiors / DryliningLocation: EssexSalary: Competitive + packageA long-established commercial interiors contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee the delivery of interior packages on commercial construction projects.The business specialises in internal fit-out works including suspended ceilings, drylining, partitions and acoustic solutions, working alongside leading main contractors across a range of sectors.The Role:Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.Key responsibilities:Manage site operations on interior fit-out and finishing packagesCoordinate subcontractors and site labourLiaise with the main contractor and wider site teamEnsure health 'safety procedures are followed at all timesMonitor programme progress and resolve any site issuesMaintain quality standards and ensure works are completed to specificationRequirements:Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within interiors, drylining or ceilingsExperience delivering packages such as suspended ceilings, partitions or commercial fit-outStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and coordinate works on busy construction sitesSMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirableThe Opportunity:Join a well-established interiors contractor with a strong pipeline of workWork on a variety of commercial projects across multiple sectorsStable long-term opportunity within a reputable and growing businessIf you are a Site Manager with interiors or drylining experience, please get in touch to discuss further.Site Manager/Supervisor Interiors / DryliningFor the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
