This is your opportunity to take a pivotal role in building and leading a best-in-class Financial Planning & Analysis function from the ground up.Our client is entering a significant phase of transformation, and they need a commercially-minded Senior FP&A Manager to guide strategic decision-making, deliver insight, and help scale systems and processes as the business evolves.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this role offers the chance to influence key financial decisions at the highest level. You'll lead the development of planning and forecasting processes, embed data-driven thinking across the organisation, and build out a high-performing FP&A team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the groupDevelop and maintain dynamic financial models and scenario planning toolsDeliver monthly dashboards, KPIs, and reports to senior leadership and the boardImplement scalable FP&A systems, processes, and toolsPartner with commercial and operational teams to drive insight and influence decision-makingBuild and mentor a growing FP&A teamEnhance budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow frameworksWhat Were Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in FP&A leadership, ideally within a scaling businessStrong commercial acumen and influencing skillsAdvanced Excel and financial modelling expertise; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsDesirable ExperienceBackground in insurance, fintech, or financial servicesExperience leading digital transformation or implementing FP&A tools
