Job Description Container Control Administrator Location: Rainham, EssexHours: Full Time 9am 5pmSalary: Competitive / DOEThe RoleOur client is looking for a reliable and organised Container Control Administrator to join their team and support the day-to-day tracking of our container fleet.This is a hands-on admin role working closely with depots, and operations. Accuracy matters this role helps make sure containers are where they should be and correctly recorded for billing.What Youll Be DoingEntering container movements into the system (on hire, off hire, transfers, sales)Keeping container records accurate and up to dateChecking paperwork and chasing missing informationFlagging anything that doesnt look right not guessingSupporting stock checks and investigations into missing containersDealing with basic container queries from depots and operationsWho Were Looking ForReliable, organised, and willing to learnStrong attention to detailComfortable using computers and basic spreadsheetsConfident enough to ask questions when things dont add upPractical, common-sense approach to workEssentialExperience in logistics, transport, yard, or depot environmentsDesirable (But Not Essential)Previous container control or container admin experienceExposure to hire, rental, or asset tracking systemsWhat Youll GetClear progression opportunitiesA stable role in a busy, hands-on environmentStraight-talking team no corporate nonsenseSalary dependant on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPerformance bonus and benefits
