The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for managing, optimising, and supportingSage Intacctand related financial systems within a UK insurance business. This role ensures that finance technology supports regulatory compliance, improves operational efficiency, and enhances reporting capabilities. The role requires strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and external vendors to drive system enhancements and automation.nnWhat Youll Be DoingnnnntOwn and administer the organisations core finance systems, primarilySage Intacct, ensuring data integrity and system performancentMaintain and improve chart of accounts, workflows and reporting structuresntDrive automation and efficiency across finance processes and reportingntSupport the month-end and reporting cycle by ensuring systems support accurate and timely financial informationntLead system upgrades, integrations and enhancements, including finance system optimisation projectsntWork closely with Finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvementsntSupport the use and optimisation of procurement and expense platforms such asYoozand similar toolsntProvide training, guidance and documentation to finance and operational usersntManage relationships with external vendors and system consultantsnnnnWhat Were Looking FornnnntExperience in a Finance Systems Manager, Systems Accountant, Finance Transformation or similar role.
