The Role We''re looking for an ambitious recruitment consultant with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. You''ll work with cutting-edge AI and Web3 companies, building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and developing your expertise in the most innovative areas of tech. This isn''t your typical recruitment role. You''ll have the autonomy to build your desk your way, work with global clients, and earn significantly more than traditional recruitment markets offer.
