We have an opportunity for a Depot Operations Manager to oversee a Highway Maintenance depot, based in Essex.Salary: £50,000 - £60,000pa + Car & BenefitsThe incumbent will be responsible for managing a small team of Operatives, programming and planning work, recruiting new staff, ensuring the depot is running safely and efficiently, ordering of materials and equipment, and attending regular meetings with clients and the management team.The ideal candidate should l have experience in the day-to-day operational running of a highway depot. Particular experience in highway maintenance, drainage, traffic management or utilities would be beneficial.
