Injection Moulding Setter – Nights (Mon–Thurs)Location: EssexJoin a growing medical device contract manufacturer with state-of-the-art injection moulding and cleanroom assembly facilities. Headquartered in Essex (1 hour from East London), we are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to support our night shift operations.About Us:Established in 1975, they’ve evolved from a toolmaking and injection moulding company into a full-service medical device manufacturer. Their team supports the entire product lifecycle—from concept to completion—across seven Class 7 cleanrooms (with expansion underway). The company are committed to innovation and customer success.Role Overview:Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Engineer, you’ll:Carry out efficient tool changes and machine start-upsSet up and optimise moulding machines and ancillary equipmentMaintain clean, organised tooling and equipmentSupport safe working practices and report any moulding/tooling issuesEnsure material traceability and support cleanroom standardsPerform basic maintenance and contribute to continuous improvementRequirements:Apprenticeship or experience in injection moulding (medical industry preferred)Team player with strong organisational and communication skillsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficient in MS OfficeFamiliarity with inspection tools and cleanroom environments (preferred)ABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
