Job DescriptionInside Sales Representative | 30,000 + quarterly bonus | Erith, Kent (office based)My client, an international distributor, are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their busy sales team on a permanent basis. You will be an organised, proactive and driven individual, who puts the customers needs first. ResponsibilitiesManage inbound/outbound calls and emails with existing and potential customersConvert quotes to orders through proactive follow-up and communicationIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities via research and lead generationUnderstand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and upsell where appropriateMaintain the prospect database and stay updated on products, services, and competitor offeringsDeliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clarityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targetsSkills2+ years experience working in a sales roleCustomer focused attitudeAbility to work well within a busy teamGood computer skills, able to work on an array of Microsoft productsPackage25,000 - 30,000 basic salary Quarterly team bonusFree parkingMonday - Friday
