Night Weighbridge Operative

Job Description FM Conway is looking to recruit a NightWeighbridge Operative to join the Aggregate and Asphalt division based in Erith. As our Weighbridge Operative you will assist with the programming, transport allocation and mixing schedule to ensure maximisation of all company resources and requirements. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday- Friday, 4:30pm-2:00am.nnThe duties of the Night Weighbridge Operative role will include:nn- Liaising with lorry drivers to advise them of their individual workload and schedulenn- Ensuring that all vehicles leaving the site are of the correct weight and have the appropriate documentsnn- Maintaining stock to an optimum level to fulfill daily requirementsnn- Ensuring all necessary weighbridge records are maintained to company standardsnn- Liaising with the service coordinator to ensure all customer needs are metnn- Receiving and recording goods in dailynn- Recording all return loads on the systemnn- Complying with company health, safety and environmental policy, highlighting any issues appropriatelynnWhat skills and experience do you need?nnWe are looking for candidates who have experience of working on a weighbridge and hold a full UK driving license.
