Senior Project Manager - Events and Experiential - Permanent / Hybrid - Up to 65K Bens We''re working with a global, full-service event and experiential agency based in South London who are experts in creating brand experiences and deliver custom-made solutions across business and consumer trade shows, conferences, meetings, event activations, and digital engagements. They''re now looking for a Senior Project Manager from an agency background who has experience in trade shows, exhibitions and live events to come on board and help manage projects with some of their largest accounts. You''ll work alongside creative directors, strategists, writers, producers, and digital media artists to enable thoughtful client solutions that resonate with audiences both rationally and emotionally. You will manage client projects to agreed specifications including the co-ordination of internal and external resources and be the single point of contact to the client, liaising with internal resources and suppliers, professionally, efficiently, on time, to budget whilst building solid and respectful relationships. You deliver and manage client projects onsite and undertake any other travel when necessary and oversee project support and on-site staff ensuring they are fully briefed, their work is checked and work is completed on time and to the standards agreed. As a Senior Project Manager you will: Maintain regular client contact and ensure the client is kept fully abreast of project progress at all times, including preparation for/attendance at client meetings and teleconferences Ensure all relevant project documentation is maintained and completed in line with company protocols: scope and briefing documents, financial reporting, planning and milestone documents, supplier briefing and performance measurement, debrief and closure documentation Be proactive and solutions-driven eye on all deliverables, seeking the most cost-effective solutions and suitable contractors Conduct regular internal project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of roles, responsibilities and deadlines within each project Ensure resourcing within projects is appropriate at all times and all resourcing requests are raised/discussed with the line manager Participate in proposal planning, researching and writing as needed.
