Job DescriptionSCHEDULE A: Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Sales ConsultantREPORTS TO: Sales Director New BusinessLOCATION: Epsom (on-site 5 days a week) JOB PURPOSE:To identify, secure and grow new business opportunities for Penta Consulting. The New Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential client opportunities and closely engaging to sell Penta Consultings services and close deals resulting in increasing sales and a steady growth of our client base.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To create, guide and direct new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategyAchieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new accounts.Identify, articulate and execute new opportunities and business propositionsPrepare and present detailed business cases to the New Sales DirectorDevelop and provide data on markets, customer and competitor activityWork alongside our junior team members to ensure they have all the support, advice, tools and training to hit their targetsTo work on developing sustainable candidate databases for designated clients to ensure long term ability to fulfil requirementsMeet with clients in a sales environment to drive businesssales and knowledgeDemonstrate advanced knowledgeof industry, clientsand rolesMakes relevant sales appointments with clientsTeam with other employees to make sure clients job requirements can be fulfilledGenerate new leadsFollow up with any clientsto make sure that they are satisfiedwith candidates and servicesContinuously find new target marketsand penetrate them to drive salesWork with the sales directorand marketing to develop new sales strategiesContinuously discover targetmarkets and advantages of other companiesEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:Strong Sales negotiation and sales closingskillsSuitable experience in generating brand-new business sales opportunities in IT SalesDemonstrable success in new business sales; you should have a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex client portfolioThe ability to be innovative and creative where you can challenge conventional thinking and push the boundaries of established practise(Desirable) Educated to Degree standardExcellent computer skills including Word / Excel / PowerpointHistory of achieving personal and divisional sales targetsProven experience of face-to-face client engagementStrong analytical and numerical skillsEducated to degree standard (desirable)PERSONAL QUALITIES:Strong telephone and face-to-face sales skillsAbility to perform under pressureExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of initiativeOutstanding client development skillsMature and level headed outlook on lifeStrong believe in ethical working and a lead from the front mentalityHigh levels of resilience and innovationSelf-starter with the commitment to achieveExcellent documentation skillsAbility to perform under pressureHighly motivated individual
