BMS Engineer

Job Description Static BMS Engineer - Sutton & Chelsea sitesI'm working with a Tridium & Trend biased BMS company who seek a BMS Engineer to cover 2 key sites, one in Sutton & the other in Chelsea. The directors are keen to speak to BMS Engineers who are proficient with BMS service & small work project duties on Trend systems.The BMS Engineer will be certified & experienced with Trend products (IQvision, 963, IQ3, IQ4, SET for example), the 2 sites you'd be expected to cover have a mix of these systems. Duties would include routine BMS service, breakdowns, fault finding & small works. The BMS Engineers time would be split between Sutton (3 days) & Chelsea (2 days).It's key for the BMS Engineer to be comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs) & coordinating with sub contractors.- The BMS Engineer will be paid a basic salary of between 50,000 - 58,000 per annum- car or car allowance (525 a month)- pension 4% matched- attractive OT rates- continuous product training & more- 26 days holiday plus bankThe BMS Engineer can expect to be involved with interesting & varied work, be challenged and offered additional responsibilities on site.
