Overview M4 Recruitment is seeking a reliable and dedicated Class 2 Refuse Driver to join our clients waste management team in Epping. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy early starts, consistent hours, and a position that offers progression after an initial period. Key Details Schedule: Monday to Friday Additional: 1 Saturday in every 3 Shift Times: Standard: 3:00am start Every 3rd week: 2:00pm start Shift Length: Approximately 89 hours per day Pay Rate: 17 per hour initially 20 per hour after 12 weeks (if taken on permanently) Position: Temp-to-perm potential Role Responsibilities Driving a Class 2 vehicle on designated waste collection routes Working alongside a team of loaders to complete daily schedules Ensuring safe and compliant vehicle operations at all times Conducting routine vehicle checks before and after shifts Providing excellent service to the public and maintaining a positive attitude Requirements Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous experience in refuse collection is beneficial but not essential Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Apply Now If youre a motivated Class 2 driver looking for stable hours, excellent pay progression, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role, M4 Recruitment would love to hear from you.
