Leisure Duty Manager Are you a Team Leader or Duty Manager looking for an new exciting opportunity to be part of a fantastic leisure centre in Epping? We're recruiting Duty Managers to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the safe, efficient running of a busy and exciting Leisure centre. As Duty Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the leisure centre, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Lead and manage on-duty staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth running of activities. Manage daily site teams, ensuring the centre is running smoothly and safely at all time. Take the lead during serious incidents and respond effectively to emergencies. Manage activity preparation, including set up, breakdown, and maintaining site presentation. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues where needed. Support recruitment, training, and supervision of recreational assistants and front-line staff. Be responsible for the opening, closing and key holding for the site. Lead and manage rota's for front line staff About You We're looking for someone who: Has a customer-focused mindset and strong leadership skills. Holds an NPLQ/First Aid at Work qualification and a Pool Plant Operators Certificate Is confident in using Microsoft Office tools. Has experience in busy leisure facilties, gyms or health clubs Can remain calm under pressure and lead effectively in challenging situations. Why Join Us?
