Senior Functional Consultant – D365 Customer Engagement (CE) £70,000 – £100,000 + Benefits UK-Wide | Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite (Nearest Office)We’re supporting a globally recognised consulting organisation who are in a period of significant expansion across their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice.They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to play a key role in leading CE workstreams across enterprise-scale programmes, working with well-known clients across a mix of industries.This is not just configuration and delivery. It’s a chance to shape solution design, influence strategy, guide customers through transformation, and mentor internal teams as the practice continues to grow.What You'll Be Doing:Leading functional workstreams from discovery through to deploymentWorking closely with client stakeholders, Microsoft, and near/offshore delivery teamsProducing and presenting solution options (HLD / LLD)Providing functional leadership across analysis, design, testing, data migration & cutoverCoaching and mentoring consultants within the CE practiceSupporting on bids, demos, proposals, and wider go-to-market initiativesWhat They're Looking For:Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a consulting or partner environmentHands-on design and configuration experience across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights or CCaaSConfident leading customer workshops and explanation of solution optionsExperience guiding workstreams and working with cross-functional teamsComfortable engaging with C-suite and senior business stakeholdersPower Platform understanding (Power Apps / Power Automate) is beneficialWhy This Could Be a Strong Move:Opportunity to influence and grow a CE practice, not just deliverStrong learning and development pathways, with support for certificationsExposure to major enterprise transformation programmesReal progression into Practice Leadership / Head of / Director track over timePackage:£70,000 – £100,000 depending on experienceExcellent benefits & bonus schemeHybrid working – 3 days onsite per week (closest office)
