With 26 staff (plus subcontractors), they deliver large-scale solar projects across the South and Midlands. They're now looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of project delivery - overseeing PMs, driving standards, and ensuring seamless site execution.The company offers training year-round and invests in people. For the right individual, there's genuine scope to grow with the business - potentially into a Director-level position - depending on performance and company growth. The last person in this role stepped away due to travel logistics, so they're keen for someone based within 30-40 miles of Hemel Hempstead who can be in the office at least twice a week.You'll play a crucial role in shaping delivery strategy, supporting project teams, and representing the business at client level.
