Job Title: Auto Electrician / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Location: Enfield (EN1) Salary: 30,000 45,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: AM: 6:00am 2:30pm PM: 3:00pm 11:30pm 2 Saturdays per month (30 min break included) About Us We are one of the UKs fastest-growing used car dealerships , selling over 1,000 vehicles every month. Our modern Vehicle Preparation Centre in Enfield is running at full capacity, and were now looking for experienced Auto Electricians, Vehicle Technicians, and Mechanics to join our growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a huge variety of vehicles from petrol and diesel cars to hybrids and full EVs in a fast-paced, supportive workshop environment. The Role As an Auto Electrician / Vehicle Technician , youll play a key part in preparing our cars to the highest standards before they go on sale. Youll be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults across all makes and models Carrying out vehicle diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on petrol, diesel, hybrid, and EV vehicles Inspecting and repairing wiring, sensors, ECUs, lighting, control modules, and infotainment systems Using advanced diagnostic tools (Bosch, Snap-on, Autel, etc.) to resolve complex faults Working closely with the prep and delivery teams to ensure all cars are road-ready and fault-free Maintaining accurate job cards and system updates Contributing to a team-driven, target-focused workshop Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in the UK automotive sector as an Auto Electrician, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic Experience with hybrids and electric vehicles (EVs) preferred Proven skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair Must have own tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and 2 Saturdays per month Must be willing to complete a 3-hour paid trial Sponsorship may be available (minimum 2 years UK workshop experience required) Desirable (not essential): EV/Hybrid certifications Level 3 Vehicle Electrics qualification Experience using diagnostic platforms (Bosch, Snap-on, Autel) What We Offer Competitive salary: 30,000 45,000 DOE Overtime opportunities Full-time, secure role with genuine career growth Access to a modern, fully equipped Vehicle Preparation Centre Work across a wide range of makes and models including EVs and hybrids Supportive team environment and hands-on management Sponsorship available for eligible candidates Apply Now If youre a skilled Auto Electrician, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic who takes pride in quality work and wants to join one of the UKs fastest-growing car dealerships, apply today and be part of our expanding team in Enfield.
