This role would suit aCommercial Property Lawyerwho is confident working with SME clients, property developers, investors, and lending institutions, offering practical and commercial advice to a diverse client base. The Commercial Property Lawyer’s role TheCommercial Property Lawyerwill manage a broad range of matters including commercial acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant issues, and asset management. You will also deal with banking and finance agreements, business and asset transactions, and elements of insolvency and restructuring. As aCommercial Property Lawyer , you will work closely with colleagues across the commercial and corporate teams, assisting with corporate support matters and contributing to the firm’s wider client offering. This is a hands-on position, requiring excellent client communication and the ability to manage files independently while collaborating with others as needed.
