If so, this might be the right role for you!We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarkets in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars).You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.What will I be doing?Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standardsCarry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operationEnsure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standardWhat do I need for this role?Your own tools3+ years experience as a vehicle technicianUnderstand and comply with health and safety standardsA full and valid Driving LicenceIt will be a bonus if you had:MOT Tester qualificationNVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+The PackagePay ranges from 30k60k basic, with OTE up to 80k+Performance bonusOther Benefits includeAnnual holiday - 28 daysWorking Hours: (two different shifts available)Option 1: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or SundayOption 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or SundayOvertime availablePay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Performance bonusBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountSchedule:12 hour shiftNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityExperience:Motor Vehicle Mechanics: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
