Job Description Page Medical is seeking an experiencedConference &EventsProducerto play a central role in delivering high-profile healthcare conferences across the UK and internationally.With an established portfolio including national hybrid conferences, scientific meetings and internationalevents, this role offers genuine ownership and responsibility within a growingevents programme.This is an office based position in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Please do not apply if you cannot work from the office Monday to Thursday and be able to travel away for events.The RoleWorking directly with our Head ofEvents, you will take operational leadership of multi-day conferences and hybridevents, ensuring delivery excellence from planning through to onsite execution.You will be trusted to manage complexeventlogistics, coordinate faculty and sponsors, and drive timelines with confidence and precision.This isnot an entry-levelcoordination role we are looking for someone who can confidently manage large-scaleevents and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational delivery of multi-day in-person and hybrid healthcare conferencesDevelop and manage detailed project plans and production timelinesManage venue and supplier relationshipsCoordinate faculty logistics (travel, accommodation, presentations)Oversee sponsor deliverables and exhibitor coordinationWork alongside our DigitalEvents Executive to deliver high-quality hybrid and virtual experiencesTake operational lead onsite, ensuring smooth executionContribute to post-eventreporting and continuous improvementAbout YouYou will bring:35+ years experience delivering conferences or complex liveeventsProven experience managing multi-day, delegate-focusedeventsStrong supplier and venue management experienceConfidence in onsite leadershipExperience working with sponsors and exhibitorsA highly organised, solutions-focused mindsetCalmness under pressure and excellent attention to detailExperience within healthcare, medical, scientific or associationevents isstrongly preferred.About Page MedicalPage Medical delivers high-quality scientific and educational meetings in partnership with leading medical organisations.
