Production Operative

Xpert Resourcing are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Ely. Duties will include: Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products to meet quality standards Following detailed work instructions and production schedules Carrying out quality checks on finished goods and reporting any defects Loading and unloading materials, ensuring correct storage and labelling Supporting stock control and maintaining production flow Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment Manual handling and use of lifting equipment as required Experience/skills required: Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Commitment to following health & safety procedures at all times Forklift licence desirable but not essential (training may be provided) Hours of work: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week Benefits: Company pension scheme If you have not received a response within 5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
