TIG Welder / Fabricator Ely | Up to 37,440 per year Please note: Were unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Position 1 Recruitment is looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing precision engineering company in Ely. You will produce high-quality welded components for industries including medical, aerospace, and high-tech. What Youll Do: TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, zintec, and aluminium (1mm3mm thickness) Weld box section frames and assemblies to tight tolerances Dress and finish welded components using hand tools, angle grinders, and orbital sanders Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings and specifications Support new product development, including fabricating jigs and fixtures Carry out general sheet metal and finishing work What Were Looking For: Proven welding and fabrication experience, including TIG welding Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide your own hand tools (additional tools supplied as needed) Strong attention to detail and quality Why Join: 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Thursday Attendance bonus and long service awards Free tea and coffee Training and development opportunities 24-hour wellbeing support Flexible benefits package (buy/sell annual leave) TPBN1_UKTJ
