Job DescriptionProject ManagerLocation - ElySalary up to 65,000 + Car Allowance + Paid overtime + Paid Travel + BonusIm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional building contractor known for delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Their project values typically range from 4m up to 15m, operating within key industries including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure, and social housing.Due to continued growth, theyre looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to join their team someone confident leading projects from pre-construction through to completion.The Role:This is a site-based leadership role with full responsibility for managing projects across healthcare, hostels, and hospital environments, typically in the 4m15m value range. Youll be overseeing all aspects of site management.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end site/project management from start through to handoverOversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to a high standardLead and coordinate subcontractors and site teamsLiaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are metReporting progress, managing costs, and resolving issues as they ariseMust be able to travel and lodge away when required. Requirements:Demonstrable experience as a No.1 Site or Project Manager delivering full lifecycle projectsSector experience in either healthcare, hospitals, or supported accommodation/hostelsProven background working on projects between 4m and 15mMust be able to pass a DBS checkStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsWhats on Offer:Salary up to 65,000 depending on experienceCar allowanceTravel expenses and overtime paidPerformance-related bonusA stable and growing contractor with a long-standing client base and healthy project pipeline
