Ivor Searle is the UK's leading provider of re-manufactured engines, cylinder heads and gearboxes. A vacancy has arisen within our busy Logistics Team for a UK & Export Logistics Co-ordinator. Duties will involve the following: Liaise with customers & couriers to provide a high level of proactive customer service Arrange transport for collection & delivery of units to & from customers Proactively monitor collections 'shipments to minimise delays & resolve issues Proactively monitor & chase outstanding core units Assist with the receiving in & checking of returned units Raising customer credits Ideally, the successful candidate will have: Excellent organisational, communication & customer service skills is essential Experience in export & import procedures would be advantageous Experience of working & dealing with couriers & hauliers would be advantageous Microsoft Office & Sage experience would be advantageous but not essential A high level of attention to detail A professional telephone manner Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 20 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch break (42.5 hour working week) TPBN1_UKTJ
